摘要
目的:探析寿胎丸合补中益气汤治疗脾肾两虚型先兆流产的临床效果。方法:共选取我院于2018年8月-2019年7月收治的60例脾肾两虚型先兆流产患者作为研究对象,研究过程中用数字随机表法将所有患者分为对照组与观察组。其中对照组30例患者采用间苯三酚或硫酸镁治疗,观察组30例患者采用寿胎丸合补中益气汤治疗,比较两组患者的治疗有效率、临床症状缓解时间以及用药期间的不良反应发生率。结果:与对照组相比,观察组的治疗总有效率更高,差异有统计学意义;观察组患者治疗后的阴道流血、小腹坠痛、腰部酸痛、两膝酸软相关临床症状的缓解时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义;观察组患者的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:在脾肾两虚型先兆流产的临床治疗上采用寿胎丸合补中益气汤治疗兼具有效性和安全性,可缩短临床症状缓解时间,以改善预后,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Shoutai Wan(寿胎丸)and the Buzhong Yiqi decoction(补中益气汤)on threatened abortion with the Pishen Liangxu type(脾肾两虚型).Methods:60 patients were divided into the two groups.30 patients in the control group were treated with phloroglucinol or magnesium sulfate,and 30 patients in the observation group were treated with Shoutai Wan and the Buzhong Yiqi decoction.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group shows a higher overall effective rate,with significant differences between two groups.The remission time of vaginal bleeding,lower abdomen pain,waist pain,and sore knees in the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group,with significant differences.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shoutai Wan and the Buzhong Yiqi decoction is effective and safe,can shorten the clinical symptom relief time and improve the prognosis.It is worth clinically further promote the application.
