摘要
针对当前工作面通风机控制系统自动化程度低、能耗大的问题,以变频器、PLC控制器以及以太网通信技术实现对通风机的变频调速控制,使得通风机能够根据工作面需风量对其风量进行调节,可大大提升系统的自动化水平,为进一步保证工作面的安全生产奠定基础。
In view of the problem of low automation and high energy consumption of ventilator control system in working face, frequency conversion speed regulation control of ventilator is realized by frequency converter, PLC controller and Ethernet communication technology, which enables ventilator to adjust its air volume according to the required air volume of working face, greatly improves the automation level of the system and lays the foundation for further ensuring the safety production of working face.
