摘要
华丽高速公路第20合同段桥梁工程基础灌注桩采用旋挖钻机成孔。旋挖钻机施工效率高,能自由行走,适应性强,对环境影响小。介绍了桩位放样、护筒埋设、泥浆池开挖、钢筋笼制作、钻机、成孔验收、混凝土灌注等旋挖钻机成孔技术。
The foundation cast-in-place piles of the 20th contract section of the Huali Expressway were bored by a rotary drilling machine.The rotary drilling rig has high construction efficiency,can walk freely,has strong adaptability,and has little impact on the environment.This paper introduces the drilling technology of rotary drilling rigs such as stake setting out,burying of protective tube,mud pool excavation,steel cage production,drilling rig,hole forming acceptance,concrete pouring,etc.
