摘要
以某特大桥墩基础施工为例,结合R622HDM旋挖钻机技术性能,介绍了R622HDM型大口径旋挖钻机的成孔工艺和施工过程,并对施工中常见问题进行了分析且提出了处理方法,总结得出了R622HDM型旋挖钻机的优点及不足。
Taking the pier foundation construction of some super-large bridge as an example,the paper,combining with the technological performance of R622HDM rotary drilling rig,introduces the holing craft and construction process of R622HDM large-diameter rotary drilling rig,analyzes some common problems in the construction and points out the treatment methods,and concludes the advantages and shortages of R622HDM rotary drilling rig.
