摘要
高校图书馆科技工作站在科研项目管理中起着重要参谋作用。概述科研项目管理的理论和实践要素及其研究现状,探讨科研项目成果评估指标、权重的设置方法及科研项目成果转化率提升办法;分析高校图书馆与学校科研处的工作关系及流程,提出高校图书馆在开展创新服务及科研项目管理工作中应采用优选的软件系统、构建群组集成知识平台等建议,以期为科研项目管理提供可靠基础支撑。
The scientific and technological workstation of the university library plays an important role in the management of scientific research projects.This paper summarizes the theoretical and practical elements of scientific research project management and its research status,discusses the evaluation index of scientific research project achievement,the setting method of weight and the method of improving the conversion rate of scientific research project achievement,and analyzes the working relationship and process between the university library and the university scientific research office.In order to provide the reliable foundation for the management of scientific research projects,it is suggested that the university library should adopt the optimized software system and build a group integrated knowledge platform in the innovation service and scientific research projects management.
