摘要
人才培养是学科自身建设的需要也是服务于社会发展的要求,民俗学发展至今已逐渐形成了相对成熟的人才培养模式,但也存在一定的人才培养困境。学科发展需要与时俱进,人才培养也要在新的时代背景下寻求创新。结合时代特征,在新文科建设视野下探讨民俗学人才的培养模式创新以提高人才培养质量,在促进学科自身建设的同时以优质的人才资源助力新时代下的乡村振兴与社会发展。
Talent training is the requirement of the discipline’s construction and the service for the social development. A relatively mature talent training mode of Folklore has gradually been formed,but there are also certain difficulties. Disciplinary development needs to keep pace with the times,and talent training must also seek innovation in the new era. Combined with the characteristics of the times,the innovation of the training mode of Folklore talents should be discussed in the new liberal arts so as to improve the talents’ quality,and help the rural revitalization and social development under the new era with high-quality talent resources to promote the construction of the discipline itself.
