摘要
目的评价真菌性鼻窦炎的CT诊断价值。方法抽取2018年6月~2020年4月我院病理确诊的30例真菌性鼻窦炎病人,对照CT表现特征进行分析,观察病变累计鼻窦窦壁、部位及密度等情况。结果30例真菌性鼻窦炎病变主要为单侧鼻窦发病,以上颌窦为主,病变累计双侧或多个鼻窦少见,鼻窦改变主要表现为窦腔内不均匀软组织密度影,有向鼻腔延伸;26例病灶内见钙化,呈团状、条片状及沙粒样;窦壁骨质可见硬化、增生。结论真菌性鼻窦炎具有较为典型的CT表现,定位准确、显示病变范围,为临床诊断及治疗提供有力的依据。
Objective To evaluate the CT diagnostic value of fungal sinusitis.Methods 30 patients with fungal sinusitis diagnosed by pathology in our hospital from June 2018 to April 2020 were selected.The CT features were compared and analyzed.The cumulative wall,location and density of the lesions were observed.Results In 30 cases of fungal sinusitis,the main lesions were unilateral sinuses and maxillary sinuses.The cumulative lesions of bilateral or multiple sinuses were rare.The main manifestations of paranasal sinusitis were uneven soft tissue density shadow extending to the nasal cavity;calcification was found in 26 cases,showing mass,strip and sand like;sclerosis and hyperplasia were seen in sinus wall bone.Conclusion Fungal sinusitis has more typical CT manifestations,accurate positioning,showing the scope of lesions,providing a strong basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
