摘要
目的探讨iRoot SP冷侧法在C型根管填充治疗牙体牙髓病中的效果及对疼痛程度的影响。方法选取2019年2月至12月收治的牙体牙髓病患者70例为研究对象,随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各35例,均接受C型根管填充治疗,观察组接受iRoot SP冷侧法,对照组接受AHplus加热牙胶垂直加压法,观察组采用iRoot SP冷侧法,对两组效果、咀嚼能力及基牙相关指标、疼痛程度进行比较。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.29%,明显较对照组77.14%高(P<0.05);观察组牙龈指数、咬合力、咀嚼效率及松动度等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)无明显差异(P>0.05),观察组治疗后7d、1个月的VAS评分明显较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论iRoot SP冷侧法用于C型根管填充治疗牙体牙髓病中可提高疗效,也能改善咀嚼能力及基牙指标,减轻疼痛程度,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of iRoot SP cold side method in C-type root canal filling in the treatment of dental pulp disease and its impact on the degree of pain.Methods 70 patients with dental pulp disease admitted from February to December 2019 were selected as the research object,and random number table method was divided into control group and observation group,35 cases each.All received C-type root canal filling treatment,the observation group received iRoot SP cold side method,and the control group received AHplus heated tooth gum vertical compression method.The effects,chewing ability,abutment related indexes and pain degree of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.29%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group 77.14%(P<0.05);The gingival index,bite force,chewing efficiency and looseness of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);There were no significant difference in the visual analogue score(VAS)before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).The VAS score of the observation group 7 days and 1 month after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The iRoot SP cold side method for C-shaped root canal filling can improve the curative effect,also improve the chewing ability and abutment index,and reduce the pain.It is worth promoting.
