摘要
目的分析糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂在小儿鼻窦炎患者中的应用效果。方法抽选2019年2月至2020年2月期间于本院医治儿童鼻窦炎的80例小儿患者,回顾分析其基本资料,以患儿采取的不同治疗方法为分组依据,将其分为采用孟鲁司特钠+阿莫西林克拉维酸钾+生理海水外用的对照组、加用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂的研究组,每组有患者40例。组间对比临床疗效、不良反应发生率以及清嗓、头晕、流脓涕、鼻塞等症状的消失时间。结果研究组治疗总有效率达到95%,比对照组80%的治疗总有效率高,差异存在统计学意义(x^2=4.114,P=0.043<0.05)。研究组的不良反应发生率为2.5%,比对照组7.5%的不良反应发生率低但并不明显,差异无统计学意义(x^2=1.0534,P=0.305>0.05)。研究组清嗓、头晕、流脓涕、鼻塞等症状的消失时间分别为(11.98±3.77)日、(9.89±2.68)日、(17.88±9.83)日、(14.38±4.56)日,比对照组(17.68±5.44)日、(17.87±4.56)日、(26.48±7.83)日、(23.58±10.56)日的症状消失时间短,差异存在统计学意义(t=5.447、9.542、4.328、5.059,P=0.000、0.000、0.000、0.000<0.05)。结论糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂可加快患儿头晕、流脓涕、鼻塞等症状的改善,对小儿鼻窦炎有显著疗效与安全性。
Objective To analyze the effect of mometasone furoate nasal spray on children with sinusitis.Methods A total of 80 pediatric patients who treated children with sinusitis in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected.The basic data were reviewed and analyzed.Based on the different treatment Methods adopted by the children,they were divided into Monero For the control group of stenur sodium+amoxicillin clavulanate potassium+normal saline for external use,the study group using mometasone furoate nasal spray,there were 40 patients in each group.The clinical efficacy,the incidence of adverse reactions,and the disappearance time of symptoms such as throat clearing,dizziness,runny nose,and nasal congestion were compared between the groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group reached 95%,which was higher than that of the control group,which was statistically significant(x^2=4.114,P=0.043<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 2.5%,which was lower than that of the control group at 7.5%but not obvious.The difference was not statistically significant(x^2=1.0534,P=0.305>0.05).The disappearance time of symptoms such as throat clearing,dizziness,runny nose,and nasal congestion in the study group were(11.98±3.77)days,(9.89±2.68)days,(17.88±9.83)days,(14.38±4.56)days,compared with the control group Group(17.68±5.44)days,(17.87±4.56)days,(26.48±7.83)days,(23.58±10.56)days,the symptoms disappeared for a short time,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.447,9.542,4.328,5.059,P=0.000,0.000,0.000,0.000<0.05).Conclusion Mometasone furoate nasal spray can accelerate the improvement of dizziness,runny nose,nasal congestion and other symptoms in children,and has significant efficacy and safety in children with sinusitis.
