摘要
目的该文主要研究糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂应用在小儿鼻窦炎治疗中的临床疗效,望对小儿鼻窦炎的治疗提供建设性意见。方法随机选取2015年3月—2016年9月该院收治小儿鼻窦炎患儿60例作为研究对象,按照患儿治疗的先后顺序进行分组,第一组30例行孟鲁司持+阿莫西林克拉维酸口服十生理海水外用治疗,第二组30例行孟鲁司特+阿莫西林克拉维酸钾十糠酸莫米松治疗,比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果第二组患儿治疗总有效率为96.67%,第一组患儿治疗总有效率为73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂用于小儿鼻窦炎患儿治疗之中,临床效果佳,安全性高,能够有效的改善患儿症状,临床推广价值较高。
Objective To research the clinical curative effect of mometasone furoate nasal spray in treatment of sinusitis in children and provide the constructive suggestions for the treatment of sinusitis in children. Methods Random selection 60 cases of children with sinusitis admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2015 to September 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to the admission order with 30 cases in each, the first group adopted the montelukast and oral administration of amoxicillin/clavulanate and external use of physiological sea water, the second group adopted the montelukast and amoxicillin/clavulanate and momestasone furoate treatment, and the clinical treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The difference in the total treatment effective rate between the first group and the second group was statistically significant（73.33% vs 96.67%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of mometasone furoate nasal spray in treatment of sinusitis in children is better with high safety, which can effectively improve the symptoms of patients,and it is of highly clinical promotion and application value.
