摘要
目的比较机器人手术系统与腹腔镜腹膜后良性肿瘤切除术的临床效果。方法对2015年3月—2019年3月在我院接受机器人和腹腔镜腹膜后良性肿瘤切除病人临床资料进行回顾性调查。比较两组病人术中、术后情况以及并发症发生情况。结果机器人组和腹腔镜组病人的年龄、性别、麻醉风险评分、体质量指数、肿瘤直径、肿瘤位置等比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与腹腔镜组比较,机器人组手术时间长,住院时间短,术中出血量少,住院费用高,差异均有显著性(Z=-7.561^-2.588,P<0.05)。两组并发症、开腹率、术中输血率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论机器人手术治疗腹膜后肿瘤安全可行,病人术后恢复较传统腹腔镜手术快。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of robotic and laparoscopic benign retroperitoneal tumor resection.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on the clinical data of patients who underwent robotic or laparoscopic benign retroperitoneal tumor resection from March 2015 to March 2019.The two groups were compared in terms of intraoperative and postoperative conditions and complications.Results There were no significant differences in age,sex,American Society of Anesthesiologists score,body mass index,tumor diameter,and tumor size between the patients in the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the laparoscopic group,the robotic group had a significantly longer operation time,a significantly shorter hospitalization time,significantly less intraoperative blood loss,and significantly higher hospitalization costs(Z=-7.561 to -2.588,P<0.05).There were no significant differences in complications,laparotomy rate,and intraoperative blood transfusion rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Robotic surgery is a safe and feasible treatment option for retroperitoneal tumors.It has an advantage in postoperative recovery over the traditional laparoscopic surgery.
