摘要
基于俄罗斯矿井设计规范、安全规程以及现阶段的煤矿开采理念,采用现场调研和工业设计相结合的方法对俄罗斯拜凯姆斯卡娅煤矿大采高综采工作面进行了设备选型与配套,并进行了地面联合试运转和现场应用。结果表明,该套设备选型配套合理,设计理念和规范符合俄罗斯要求,较好地适应了现场开采条件,实现了安全高效连续运转,突破了产能等多项矿井历史最高水平。
Based on Russian mine design specifications,safety regulations and the current concept of coal mining,a combination method of on-site investigation and industrial design was used to select and match equipment for the fully mechanized mining face for large mining height in the Baikaimskaya coal mine in Russia,and conducted joint ground trial operation and field application.The results show that the set of equipment is reasonable in type selection and matching,and the design concept and specifications meet the requirements of Russia.It is well adapted to the on-site mining conditions,realizes safe and efficient continuous operation,and breaks through the highest historical levels of mines,including productivity.
