摘要
目的分析护理管理采取优质护理管理模式的应用效果。方法选取2017年8月—2018年9月收治的患者62例,随机分为观察组和对照组各31例,对照组采取常规护理管理模式,观察组实施优质护理管理模式,对比管理效果。结果观察组不良事件总发生率6.45%、护理满意度96.77%、危重患者护理(98.34±2.32)分、护理文书(98.67±3.34)分、病房管理(98.03±2.47)分、基础护理(97.84±3.52)分、优质护理管理环境(94.51±6.28)分、优质护理管理行为(95.28±4.78)分、优质护理管理态度(94.57±5.47)分、优质护理管理知识评分(93.67±5.18)分均优于对照组16.13%、70.97%、(88.38±3.25)分、(89.36±3.14)分、(88.66±6.24)分、(89.33±3.54)分、(86.66±4.18)分、(85.68±3.58)分、(86.21±6.35)分、(84.37±5.42)分,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理管理模式在护理管理中应用效果显著,值得应用。
Objective To analyze the application effect of high-quality nursing management in nursing management.Methods A total of 62 patients admitted from August 2017 to September 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 31 cases each.The control group adopted conventional nursing management mode,and the observation group implemented high-quality nursing management mode to compare management effects.Results The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 6.45%,nursing satisfaction was 96.77%,critically ill patient care(98.34±2.32)points,nursing document(98.67±3.34)points,ward management(98.03±2.47)points,basic nursing(97.84±3.52)points,high-quality nursing management environment(94.51±6.28)points,high-quality nursing management behavior(95.28±4.78)points,high-quality nursing management attitude(94.57±5.47)points,high-quality nursing management knowledge score(93.67±5.18)points,better than the control group by 16.13%,70.97%,(88.38±3.25)points,(89.36±3.14)points,(88.66±6.24)points,(89.33±3.54)points,(86.66±4.18)points,(85.68±3.58)points,(86.21±6.35)points,(84.37±5.42)points,the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The high-quality nursing management model has significant application effects in nursing management and is worth applying.
