摘要
内科是我国各大医疗机构当中一个重要科室,内科疾病的发病机制以及临床治疗一般都具有较强的复杂性,临床中除了疾病的治疗之外,预后阶段的护理干预对于患者健康状态的恢复也具有很大的意义,这就对内科护理工作人员的工作提出了更加严格的要求和挑战。随着医学技术的不断提高,临床中对于护理工作也展开了深入性的研究,优质护理在我国属于一种新型的护理干预形式,这种护理形式就是将更加人性化与科学化的专业知识融入于对患者的日常护理服务中,坚持患者的主体地位,为其提供专业性、针对性、人性化的护理干预,以此促进医院护理工作质量以及患者疾病预后效果的提高。该次研究中,主要针对优质护理管理工作在医院内科护理管理过程当中的具体应用展开了分析,只有通过临床治疗与临床护理工作水平双方面的共同提高,才能更好地促进疾病的治愈效果,因此值得进行临床应用和推广。
The department of internal medicine is one of the most important departments in various big medical institutions, and the onset mechanism and clinical treatment of diseases is usually complex, and the nursing intervention in the prognosis phase is of great significance to the recovery of health state, which requires the stricter requirement and challenge for the nursing staff in the department of internal medicine. With the continuous improvement of medical technology, the clinical nursing work is deeply studied, and the excellent nursing is one of the newly nursing intervention forms, which requires to integrate the more humanistic and scientific professional knowledge into the daily nursing service of patients, insist the dominant role of patients, and provide the professional, targeted and humanistic nursing intervention to promote the hospital nursing work quality and improvement of disease prognosis effect, and the paper analyzes the application of excellent nursing management work in the nursing management in the department of internal medicine in the hospital, only when the clinical treatment and clinical nursing work levels are improved in common, can we better promote a better healing effect,and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
