摘要
近年来,我国出现了许多食品安全方面的问题,严重危害到人们的生命健康。本文阐述了我国食品安全的基本现状、常见的快速检测技术及快速检测技术在食品检测中的具体应用,并对食品安全快速检测技术进行展望,为促进我国食品行业健康发展提供参考。
In recent years,there are many food safety problems in China,which seriously endanger people’s life and health.This paper describes the basic status of food safety in China,the common rapid detection technology and the specific application of rapid detection technology in food detection,and prospects the rapid detection technology of food safety,so as to provide reference for promoting the healthy development of China’s food industry.
