摘要
食品工业废水是指食品在清洗、加工、生产过程中产生的会对环境造成破坏、对人体健康造成影响的废水的总称。因排放量大,食品工业废水已成为我国水体污染的主要因素之一,因此,必须对其进行处理。分析食品工业废水的来源、特点及危害,继而介绍常见的食品工业废水处理技术,包括物理处理工艺、化学处理工艺和生物处理工艺,分析这些技术的特点,期望为食品工业废水技术的进一步发展做出贡献,为保护国民健康和生态环境做出努力,实现经济社会的可持续发展。
Food industry wastewater refers to the waste water produced in the process of food cleaning,processing and production,which damages the environment and affects human health.Due to its large discharge,food industry wastewater has become one of the main factors of water pollution in China,so it must be treated.This paper analyzes the sources,characteristics and hazards of food industry wastewater,and then introduces the common food industry wastewater treatment technologies,including physical treatment process,chemical treatment process and biological treatment process,analyzes the characteristics of these technologies,and expects to contribute to the further development of food industry wastewater technology,make efforts to protect national health and ecological environment,and realize the economic and social benefits Sustainable development.
