摘要
采用液体培养方法研究了镉(Cd2+)对YJ425和ZL-1两个辣椒品种幼苗生长及其生理特性的影响。结果表明:高浓度Cd胁迫(40 mg/L)能对三个品种辣椒的生长产生显著抑制,对根系生长抑制作用大于地上部;两个品种辣椒叶绿素含量随Cd处理浓度的增加而降低,叶绿素含量受Cd抑制程度在品种间表现为ZL1>YJ425;根系活力含量随Cd处理浓度的增加先增加后减少,且两个品种间增长或减少的关系体现为ZL1>YJ425;不同Cd处理下,辣椒品种间根和叶SOD、POD和CAT活性在品种间均表现为YJ425>ZL-1,辣椒根系和叶片MDA含量随Cd处理浓度的增加而增加,且相同Cd处理下在品种间均表现为ZL-1>YJ425。从生物量指标、叶绿素和根系活力含量参数指标、抗氧化酶活性和MDA含量指标来看,YJ425有较强的耐Cd能力。
The effects of cadmium(Cd2+)on seedling growth and physiological characteristics of Two Pepper Cultivars YJ425 and ZL-1 were studied by liquid culture.The results showed that high concentration of Cd stress could significantly inhibit the growth of three varieties of pepper,and the inhibitory effect on root growth was greater than that of shoot;the chlorophyll content of the two varieties decreased with the increase of Cd concentration,and the inhibition degree of chlorophyll content by Cd was ZL1>YJ425;the root activity content first increased and then decreased with the increase of Cd concentration,and the relationship between the growth or decrease between the two varieties was shown as follows Under different Cd treatments,the activities of SOD,pod and cat in roots and leaves of pepper cultivars were YJ425>ZL-1,and MDA content in roots and leaves increased with the increase of Cd concentration,and ZL-1>YJ425 under the same Cd treatment.From the biomass index,chlorophyll and root activity parameters,antioxidant enzyme activity and MDA content index,YJ425 has strong Cd tolerance ability.
