摘要
针对目前煤矿大型斜巷带式输送机带面更换的传统工艺存在工艺繁琐、费时、费力、安全风险非常大等问题。以色连二矿主斜井带式输送机带面更换为例,介绍借助于履带牵引连续换带装置,通过与合肥设计院、太原博世通公司合作设计完成的安全系数大、技术含量高的专用换带作业平台进行换带的新工艺。实践表明:使用新工艺,充分解决了传统工艺存在的一系列问题,使带面更换达到了安全、高效、经济的三方面要求。
At present,the traditional technology of belt replacement for large inclined lane belt conveyors in coal mines is cumbersome,time-consuming,labor-intensive,and has high safety risk.Taking the belt surface replacement of the main inclined shaft belt conveyor of Selian No.2 Mine as an example,we introduced the continuous belt change device with crawler traction operating on a new belt-changing platform with high safety factor and high technical content.Practice has shown that the new technology fully solves a series of problems in the traditional technology,so that the belt surface replacement meets the three requirements of safety,efficiency and economy.
