摘要
介绍了一种用于断带捕捉器的液压式断带检测装置,改变了以往机械式断带检测装置在原理上的缺陷。设计制作了液压式断带检测实验装置并进行了试验,结果表明,该装置对于胶带断带检测效果明显优于以往的检测装置。
This paper introduces a kind of criterion to judge whether the belt is broken,investigates a hydraulic detecting device for belt-broken seizing machine,which changes the flaws of the mechanical detecting device for belt-broken in the past in principle.The author designed and made the experimental detecting apparatus for hydraulic detecting device for belt-broken,and the experiments have been done.As it turned out,the device is obviously superior to previous detecting device in the detection efficiency for belt-broken.
