控压套管钻井技术研究与现场试验 被引量:4

摘要 为了在不停注条件下安全钻更新井且不影响油田三次采油区块产量和开发效果的需求,分析了在不停注条件下安全钻更新井存在的问题,进行了井区动态压力剖面预测,开展了控压套管钻井技术研究与现场试验。现场试验结果表明,不停注条件下,以139.7 mm套管作为钻柱而不使用钻杆和钻铤,在高124-更30井及高132-更33井使用控压套管钻井技术,实钻井深分别为1 253 m及1 275 m,最大井斜角分别为1.32°及2.20°,完全满足井身质量要求,成功地实现了一次性的安全钻井及固井;在不停注条件下,控压套管钻井技术实现了安全钻更新井且不影响油田三次采油区块产量和开发效果。 In order to drill renewed wells without stopping injection and not to effect the production and development effect of EOR block in Daqing Oilfield,the problems under the condition of not stopping injection are analyzed,the dynamic pressure profile of well is predicted,and the drilling technology research and field test of pressure controlled casing drilling are carried out.Field test results are that under the condition of non-stop injection,the139.7 mm casing is used as the drill string instead of drill pipe and drill collar,and the pressure controlled casing drilling technology is used in Well Gao 124-geng-30 and Well Gao 132-geng-33.The actual drilling depths are 1253 m and 1275 m respectively,and the maximum well inclinations are1.32°and 2.20°respectively,which fully meets the requirements of well quality and successfully realizes one-time safe drilling and cementing.Research and test show that under the condition of non-stop injection,pressure controlled casing drilling technology can safely drill renewed wells without affecting the production and development effect of EOR block in Daqing Oilfield.
