萨北开发区油田污水杀菌技术现场应用 被引量:3

摘要 目前油田三次采油开发配注系统采用“污配污稀”或“清配污稀”的方式,经现场调研及化验分析,含油污水中的各类细菌对聚合物黏度有着不同程度的影响,进而影响开发注入质量和效果。对油田含油污水中的硫酸盐还原菌、铁细菌、腐生菌如何有效去除进行研究分析,重点开展了ClO2杀菌和除硫灭菌两项现场试验,对现场除菌效果以及除菌前后的聚合物浓度和黏度进行跟踪分析,试验结果表明:通过向污水中投加ClO2具有较好的杀菌效果,杀菌率和聚合物母液黏度得到一定提升。除硫灭菌试验能够实现无药剂投加,节约药剂成本,除菌率达到90%以上,但需进一步完善现场工艺,达到持续杀菌提黏的试验效果。 At present,the distribution and injection system of oilfield tertiary oil recovery adopts the way of"sewage preparation sewage dilution"or"clean water preparation sewage dilution".After field investigation and laboratory analysis,various kinds of bacteria in oily sewage have different effects on polymer viscosity,and then affect the quality and influence of development injection.How to effectively remove sulfate-reducing bacteria,iron bacteria,and saprophytic bacteria in oily sewage of oilfield is studied and analyzed.Two field tests of ClO2 sterilization and sulfur removal sterilization are carried out,and the field effect of sterilization and polymer viscosity before and after sterilization are tracked and analyzed.The experimental results show that ClO2 has a good bactericidal effect,and the bactericidal rate and the viscosity of polymer mother liquor are improved to some extent.The sulfur removal and sterilization test can realize the addition of no agent,save the cost of agent,and the sterilization rate can reach more than 90%.However,the field process needs to be further improved to achieve the testing effect of continuous sterilization and viscosity improvement.
