摘要
炎症在肿瘤发生、发展中的作用受到广泛关注,越来越多的证据表明全身炎性反应在肿瘤患者预后评估中起着至关重要的作用。肺癌是最常见的的恶性肿瘤之一,常因早期诊断不足而预后较差、死亡率较高,其与炎症反应关系密切。研究者们通过外周血炎性指标与肺癌预后的关系进一步了解病情,指导治疗。本文将常见的外周血炎性复合指标在肺癌中的预后价值进行综述,有望成为肺癌病情评估的有效指标。
The role of inflammation in development has been widely concerned.More and more evidences show that systemic inflammatory response plays an important role in the prognosis of tumor patients.Lung cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors,which has poor prognosis and high mortality due to insufficient early diagnosis.It is closely related to inflammatory response.Through the relationship between peripheral blood inflammatory index and prognosis of lung cancer,the researchers further understand the condition and guide the treatment.The article reviews the prognostic value of the common peripheral blood inflammatory complex index in lung cancer,which is expected to be an effective index for lung cancer evaluation.
