摘要
结合国内散粮火车单溜管无驻车装车工艺案例,较详细分析了在设计散粮单溜管装车方案时工艺各方面应注意的有关要点,包括牵引机构的牵引力和功率选型计算过程、装车管的防撞设计、随走随刮平功能、控制系统的智能化设计等方面,经过实际使用改进和验证,效果良好。
Combined with the domestic bulk grain train single chute non parking loading process case,this paper analyzes in detail the relevant key points in the design of bulk grain single chute loading scheme,including the calculation process of traction force and power selection of traction mechanism,the anti-collision design of loading pipe,the function of scraping while walking,and the intelligent design of control system.The effect is good.
