摘要
介绍针对个体预后和诊断的多变量预测模型透明报告(TRIPOD)规范的产生背景和核心内容,以老年衰弱的发生及不良事件的预警研究为例分析护理领域预测模型的研究和不足之处,为临床医护人员关注预测模型,提高报告质量提供参考。
This article introduced the background and core content of the Transparent Reporting of a Multivariable Prediction Model for Individual Prognosis or Diagnosis(TRIPOD).It took the early warning research on the occurrence of frailty in the elderly and adverse events as an example to analyze the research and shortcomings of TRIPOD in the nursing field,so as to provide references for clinical medical staff to pay attention to prediction models and improve the quality of reports.
