摘要
为进一步研究碳纤棒加固钢梁抗弯力学性能,设计了4根H型试验钢梁,对碳纤维棒加固钢梁与未加固钢梁进行力学性能对比分析。试验表明:碳纤维棒加固钢梁在弹性阶段有效提高了钢梁的承载力;但在弹塑性阶段和屈服阶段,对承载力的影响不是很明显,主要是因为碳纤维棒与钢梁在受荷情况下容易发生剥离。并在试验基础上,对弹性阶段采用等强度代换进行受力分析及承载力推导,理论分析计算与试验结果对比,吻合度良好。
In order to further study the bending mechanical properties of carbon fiber rod-reinforced steel beams,four H-shaped test steel beams were designed,and the mechanical properties of carbon fiber rod-reinforced steel beams and unreinforced steel beams were compared and analyzed.Tests show that carbon fiber rod reinforced steel beams effectively increase the bearing capacity of steel beams in the elastic phase;but in the elastoplastic and yielding phases,the effect on the bearing capacity is not obvious,mainly because the carbon fiber rods and steel beams are under load peeling is liable to occur.Based on the test,the strength analysis and bearing capacity derivation are carried out using equal strength substitution for the elastic stage;the theoretical analysis calculation is in good agreement with the test results.
