摘要
社区老年教育作为社区养老服务体系不可或缺的部分,探讨其课程的建设对满足社区健康养老的需要,推进社区健康发展具有重要意义。社区老年教育课程内容的选择分为生理保健、心理保健、休闲娱乐、生存生活技能四类。为满足社区健康养老需要,基于健康养老的视角,社区老年教育课程建设应坚持以健康养老为本位,丰富课程内容和改进教学方式,加强课程管理和保障,做到:重视老年团体的建设、专业课程管理团队的培养以及课程信息的传播;注重充实师资队伍、加强社区老年服务中心建设、创建社区服务银行。
Community elderly education is an indispensable part of the community service system for the elderly.It is of great significance to discuss the construction of its curriculum to meet the needs of community senior healthcare and promote the healthy development of the community.The selection of the content of community senior education courses is divided into four categories:physical health care,mental health care,leisure and entertainment,and survival and life skills.In order to meet the needs of the community senior healthcare,based on the perspective of senior healthcare,the curriculum construction of community elderly education should adhere to the senior healthcare-based curriculum,enrich the curriculum content and improve teaching methods,strengthen curriculum management and security,and achieve:attach importance to the construction of senior groups,the training of professional course management teams,and the dissemination of course information;pay attention to enriching the teaching staff,strengthening the construction of community senior service centers,and establishing community service banks.
