摘要
紫苏籽主要含有α-亚麻酸、亚油酸、迷迭香酸等活性物质,而且氨基酸种类丰富,应用在畜禽生产中可以提高免疫功能,促进动物生长发育,提高抗氧化性能,改善肉品质,是一种天然绿色饲料添加剂。文章对紫苏籽的主要营养成分、有效成分提取工艺及在动物生产中的应用进行论述。
Perilla seeds mainly containsα-linolenic acid,linoleic acid,rosmarinic acid and other active substances,and it is rich in amino acids.It is a natural green feed additive,can improve the immune function,promote the growth and development of animals,improve the antioxidant performance,and improve the meat quality.In the paper,the main nutritional components of Perilla seeds,the extraction process of active ingredient and its application in animal production were discussed.
