摘要
试验旨在研究复合菌剂对全株玉米青贮与玉米秸秆青贮品质的影响及对肉牛生长性能和经济效益的分析。选取240头健康状况良好,体重和年龄相近的西门塔尔牛,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复10头牛。设置全株玉米青贮饲粮(试验1组)、全株玉米加复合菌制剂青贮饲粮(试验2组)、玉米秸秆加复合菌制剂(试验3组)和玉米秸秆(试验4组)。试验期90 d,其中预试期10 d。试验结果表明:全株玉米青贮中添加复合菌制剂显著降低中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量(P<0.05),且增加全株玉米青贮干物质(DM)和粗蛋白(CP)含量(P<0.05)。试验2组西门塔尔牛平均日增重显著高于其他组(P<0.05),料重比显著低于其他组(P<0.05)。试验2组日增重收入和日利润显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。综上所述,在全株玉米青贮中添加复合菌制剂之后可以改善青贮品质且能提高西门塔尔牛的生长性能和经济效益。
The experiment was to study the effect of compound bacteria on whole-plant corn silage and corn stalks and to analyze the growth performance and economic benefits of beef cattle.240 Simmental cattle in good health and similar in weight and age were randomly divide into four groups,each with six replicates,and each replicate with ten cattle.Set up whole-plant corn silage diet(test group one),whole-plant corn plus compound bacteria preparation silage feed(test group two),corn stalk plus compound bacteria preparation(test group three)and corn stalks(test group four).The trial period was 90 d,of which the pre-trial period was 10 d.The test results showed that the addition of the compound bacteria preparation to the whole plant corn silage significantly reduced the content of NDF and ADF(P<0.05),and increased the content of DM and CP of the whole plant corn silage(P<0.05).The average daily gain of Simmental in the test group two was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05),but the feed-to-weight ratio was significantly lower than other groups(P<0.05).It was found that the daily weight gain income and daily profit of the test group two were the highest(P<0.05).In summary,adding compound bacteria to the whole corn silage can improve the quality of the silage and improve the growth performance and economic benefits of Simmental cattle.
