含金银磁铁粗精矿精选中矿浸出—再磁选回收金银铁

摘要 云南某含金银多金属矿选矿厂磁选分选出的中矿(磁铁矿连生体)除了含磁铁矿外,还含有金0.87g/t、银6.69g/t等有价金属,具有较高回收价值。将中矿磨至-0.043mm占90%,采用低毒提金剂"金蝉"提取金银,用圆筒磁选机回收磁铁矿,在最佳工艺条件下,获得了磁铁精矿铁品位62.00%、回收率78.18%,贵液中金回收率83.72%、银回收率63.08%的较好指标。 In addition to magnetite,the middlings(magnetite intergrowth)separated by magnetic separation from a gold and silver bearing polymetallic ore concentrator in Yunnan also contain 0.87 g/t gold and 6.69 g/t silver,which have high recovery value.The middlings were ground to-0.043 mm accounting for 90%.Gold and silver were extracted by low toxic gold extractant“Jinchan”,and magnetite was recovered by cylindrical magnetic separator.Under the optimal process conditions,the iron grade of magnetite concentrate was 62.00%,the recovery rate of gold was 78.18%,the recovery rate of gold from precious liquid was 83.72%,and the recovery rate of silver was 63.08%.
