摘要
通过建立液相色谱-串联质谱法,对鸡蛋中硝基咪唑类药物及代谢物进行了考察和风险筛查。该方法简单快速、灵敏、准确,可用于禽蛋中兽药残留的大批量筛查,为食品监管部门提供技术支持,对鸡蛋中硝基咪唑类检测标准的制定有一定的参考作用;通过对监测数据的分析,掌握药物残留的原因,为农业部门指导合理用药提供依据,有利于进一步提高鸡蛋的质量安全。
The nitroimidazole drugs and their metabolites in eggs were investigated and screened by liquid chromatographytandem mass spectrometry.The method is simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate,and it can be used for mass screening of veterinary drug residues in poultry eggs.It provides technical support for food regulatory authorities and provides a reference for the formulation of testing standards for nitroimidazoles in eggs.Through the analysis of the monitoring data,the cause of drug residues was mastered,which provided the basis for the agricultural department to guide rational drug use and was beneficial to further improve the quality and safety of eggs.
