摘要
目的观察华伤熨疗方治疗老年寒性筋骨疼痛的临床效果和安全性。方法采用回顾性研究方式,收集2014年5月至2019年12月于复旦大学附属华东医院伤外科参加临床研究项目的老年受试者203例,其中治疗组156例,对照组47例。治疗组给予"华伤熨疗方",对照组给予模拟剂(纱布块+炒决明子),热熨患部4 w。治疗过程中采用视觉模拟法(VAS)测定疼痛指数,生活质量(SF-36)的改变情况。结果随着治疗疗程的延续,两组在患部疼痛、精力(vitality,VT)和社会功能(social functioning,SF)方面与治疗前比较均有改善(P<0.05)。治疗组在患部疼痛、精力、情感职能(role emotional,RE)、精神健康(mental health,MH)、社会功能、生理机能(physical functioning,PF)和生理职能(role-physical,RP)方面改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组试验过程中均未出现严重不良事件。结论华伤熨疗方治疗老年寒性筋骨疼痛安全有效,无明显不良反应。
Objective To observe the curative effect and safety of Huashang hot compress prescription on cold muscle and bone pain in the elderly.Methods 203 elderly subjects who participated in clinical research project in our department from May 2014 to December 2019 were collected,including 156 cases in the treatment group and 47 cases in the control group.The treatment group was treated with Huashang hot compress prescription,while the control group was treated with the mimic agent(gauze block+fried cassia seed).The course of treatment was four weeks.Visual analogue scale(VAS)was used to assess the changes of pain index and quality of life(SF-36)during the treatment.Results With the continuation of the treatment course,pain,vitality and social function of both groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The pain,energy,emotional function(role emotional),mental health,social function,physical function and physiological function(role physical)of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions were observed in both groups during the treatment.Conclusion Huashang hot compress prescription is safe and effective in the treatment of elderly cold pain of muscles and bones without obvious adverse reactions.
