加强农村商业银行绩效管理的实践与思考——以A银行为例 被引量:3

摘要 当前,农村商业银行面临经济新常态与金融监管趋严的双层压力,银行间的竞争以及互联网金融的竞争也愈演愈烈。面对新形势,农村商业银行只有坚守"做小做散"的战略定位,强化绩效管理,"变挑战为机遇、化压力为动力"才能全面提升经营管理水平,促进业务稳健发展。文章结合绩效管理的相关理论,综合分析A银行绩效管理体系中存在的问题,以及如何通过转型发展打造有效的绩效管理体系,助力农村金融机构高质量稳健发展。 Currently,the rural commercial banks are facing the double pressures of new economic normality and tighter financial regulation.The competition between Banks,as well as the competition of Internet finance,has intensified.In the face of new situation,the rural commercial Banks may comprehensively improve the level of management and enhance the steady development of business only by sticking to strategic orientation of "doing small things and scattered things",strengthening the performance management,and turning challenges into opportunities and turning pressure into motivation.Combining the relevant theories of performance management,this paper implements a comprehensive analysis of the problems existing in the performance management system in Bank A,and the strategies of how to build effective performance management system through the transformation of development,so as to promote the steady development of rural financial institutions with high quality.
