摘要 为探究导槽技术在一次性卫生用品中起到的液体导流作用以及取代导流层的可行性,制备了无导流结构、含导流层和含导槽3种纸尿裤试样,分析讨论了三者的片重、吸液速率、液体扩散长度、回渗量、饱和吸水量及锁水量的差异。结果表明:含有导槽的纸尿裤试样片重更小,吸液速率更快,液体扩散长度更长,回渗量更小,各项吸液性能表现优异且成本更低。 In order to explore the liquid diversion function of the guide groove technology in disposable sanitary products and the feasibility of replacing the diversion layer,three samples of diapers without diversion structure,with diversion layer and with guide groove were prepared.The differences in tablet weight,liquid absorption rate,liquid diffusion length,re-infiltration capacity,saturat-ed water absorption capacity and water retention capacity were analyzed.The results showed that the diaper sample piece containing the guide groove had smaller weight,faster liquid absorption rate,longer liquid diffusion length,smaller re-infiltration amount,ex-cellent liquid absorption performance and lower cost.
