摘要 将三-(二甲胺基甲基)苯酚(K-54)作为表面交联促进剂加入到表面交联液中,对水溶液聚合法制备的高吸水性树脂(SAP)进行表面交联改性,研究了K-54对SAP残留单体含量、吸水倍率、保水性能和加压吸收量(absorbent under load,AUL)的影响,并采用红外光谱分析、热失重分析和扫描电镜考察了K-54对SAP热稳定性和表面形貌的影响。研究结果表明,K-54可以促进表面交联反应从而降低丙烯酸残留单体含量,提高自身热稳定性。K-54改性后,降低了SAP吸水倍率和保水能力,但提高了SAP的加压吸收量,更有利于高吸水性树脂的应用。 Super absorbent polymer( SAP) was synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization. Then SAP was postprocessed with tris( dimethylaminomethyl) phenol( K-54) as modifier. The influences of K-54 on residual monomer,the absorbency capacity,water retaining capacity and absorbency under load of SAP were investigated. SAP was also characterized by FT-IR,TGA and SEM. The results show that K-54 could promote the reaction degree of surface crosslinking to reduce residual monomer and improve the thermal stability. However,the absorbency capacity and water retaining capacity decrease while absorbent under load( AUL) increases when K-54 is used,which is helpful for its application.
