摘要
"治神"是针刺的基本原则,贯穿于整个针刺过程,是取得疗效的决定性因素。动气针法是针刺得气后边行针边活动患处的一种针刺方法,临床上结合董氏奇穴、腹针、浮针等针法治疗多种疾病,疗效显著。文章基于对针灸"治神"理论的认识,结合动气针法的内涵与特点,认为动气针法是针灸"治神"理论的集中体现与应用,其中蕴含了医患二者的被动"治神"以及一定程度的主动"治神",将形而上的"治神"转化为"形而下"具体且易操作的技术,更能满足现代针灸临床的需求,值得推广;分析动气针法的临床研究现状,发现动气针法的临床研究尚存一些问题,有待今后开展大样本、多中心的随机对照研究,为其临床应用提供循证证据。
‘Treating spirit’is the basic principle of acupuncture,and the decisive factor to achieve the curative effect,which runs through the whole acupuncture process.Moving-qi acupuncture therapy is a kind of acupuncture method to move the affected part of the needle edge after getting qi by needling.Clinically,it combines Dongs’unique extra-ordinary point acupuncture therapy,gastric spiculum,floating needle and other needling methods to treat a variety of diseases with remarkable curative effect.In this article,based on the understanding of the theory of‘treating spirit’in acupuncture and moxibustion,the authors think that moving-qi acupuncture therapy is the concentrated reflection and application of the theory of‘treating spirit’in acupuncture and moxibustion,which contain the passive‘treating spirit’of both doctor and patient,or a certain degree of initiative‘treating spirit’,with the conversion metaphysical theory of‘treating spirit’to acupuncture technology that is easy to operate,and it can meet the demand of modern acupuncture clinical well,worthy of promotion.However,there are still some problems in the clinical research of moving-qi acupuncture therapy,and it is necessary to carry out large-scale,multi-center and randomized controlled clinical studies in a wider range in the future,so as to provide a sufficient and reliable basis for its clinical application.
