摘要
该文主要简述鲍超教授对于脑性瘫痪的诊疗经验。鲍超教授认为,脑瘫的治疗应当注重辨病、辨证候、辨体质,同时注重调神。基于多年临床经验,鲍超教授在选穴、针刺手法、推拿手法等方面进行创新,形成了一套较为完整的脑瘫诊疗体系,即"三辨一调"疗法。在临床实际运用中,"三辨一调"疗法获得了较好的疗效。
This article mainly summarizes BAO Chao’s experience in diagnosis and treatment of cerebral palsy.BAO Chao believes that the treatment of cerebral palsy should focus on disease differentiation,syndrome differentiation,physical fitness,and mental adjustment.Based on many years of clinical experience,BAO Chao has made innovations in point selection,acupuncture techniques,and massage techniques,forming a relatively complete diagnosis and treatment system for cerebral palsy,that is,“three discriminations and one adjustment” therapy.In clinical practice,the “three discrimination and one tune” therapy has achieved good results.
