摘要
该试验以关苍术带芽茎段为外植体进行组培繁殖,以提高关苍术苗木的繁殖速度,结果得出:关苍术带芽茎段经过消毒清洗后切割接种到MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+IBA 0.5 mg/L+GA30.5 mg/L培养基上,产生的不定芽数量最多且质量最佳;不定芽分化茎段后切断转接到MS+KT 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.4 mg/L配方中增殖效果最佳;生根培养基选用1/2 MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L+活性炭3 g/L配方,生根效果最佳。
In this experiment,tissue culture and propagation were carried out with rhizoma Attica with bud stem segment as explants to improve the propagation speed of seedlings.The results showed that after disinfection and cleaning,the bud stem segment with rhizoma attica was cut and inoculated into MS+6-BA 0.5mg/L+IBA 0.5mg/L+GA30.5mg/L,and the number of adventites was the highest and the quality was the best.Adventitious bud differentiation stem segment was cut off and transferred to MS+KT 0.5mg/L+NAA 0.4mg/L formula.1/2 MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L+activated carbon 3 g/L was used as rooting medium,and the rooting effect was the best.
