摘要
隧道紧急停车带、景观带和送风带等净空断面大于主洞断面的加宽段,累积长度通常占隧道全长的5%~7%。隧道加宽段二衬施工的每米投入比正常段衬砌高出很多,且工效较低,往往会影响隧道施工的总体工期。加宽段二衬的混凝土质量通病(如错台、拼缝、混凝土跑模变形等)也难以控制。针对以上情况,该文提出一种既适合隧道加宽段,又适合标准段的多功能二衬台车施工方法。对于长大隧道施工,多功能二衬台车既可以解决隧道加宽段的施工功效问题,还可以保证加宽段二衬施工的质量。
The emergency parking zone,landscape zone,air supply zone and other head sections in the tunnel are larger than the widened part of the main tunnel section,and the cumulative length usually accounts for 5%to 7%of the total length of the tunnel.The investment per meter for the second-lining construction of the widened section of the tunnel is much higher than that of the normal section lining,with low working efficiency,which often affects the overall construction period of the tunnel.The common quality defects of the second lining of the widened section(such as misalignment,joints,concrete formwork shifting and deformation,etc.)are also difficult to control.Given the above problems,this paper proposed a multi-purpose secondary-lining trolley construction method suitable for both the widened section and the standard section of a tunnel.For the construction of long and large tunnels,the multi-purpose secondary lining trolley can not only solve the problem of the construction efficiency of the widened section of the tunnel,but also ensure the construction quality of the secondary lining of the widened section.
