摘要
大瑞铁路老尖山隧道断面复杂、变换频繁,常规方案难以满足5种断面的施工要求。为方便操作,节约成本,本文对普通二衬台车进行改良设计,通过设定标准断面,增加顶模板、侧模板、加高块,加长块等方式,将二衬台车进行改装,优化为可变截面台车,满足5种断面要求,提高施工效率。
The sections of Laojianshan Tunnel on Dali-Ruili Railway are very complicated and tweaked so often. Conven- tional design is difficult to meet the construction requirements of five kinds of cross section changing. In order to restrain costs and make it easier to the operation, we design it on the basis of ordinary second lining trolley. That using one standard cross section lining trolley by increasing top templates, lateral templates, heightening blocks, longer pieces and so on to re- model second lining trolley to a variable cross section trolley that making a trolley lining with five sections. All the modifica- tion can improve the efficiency of the construction.
