摘要
目的探讨五微教育护理在儿科静脉输液中的应用效果。方法选择2019年1—3月我院儿科接受输液治疗的55例患儿为对照组,2019年4—6月我院儿科接受输液治疗的55例患儿为试验组,对照组接受儿科输液常规教育,试验组接受五微教育护理。比较两组患儿静脉输液依从性、护理不良事件发生率及健康教育认可度。结果试验组患儿静脉输液依从性和健康教育认可度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),静脉治疗全程护理不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论五微教育护理在儿科静脉输液中应用,可显著提升输液患儿的治疗依从率,降低静脉治疗护理不良事件风险,深受患儿及家长的认可。
Objective To explore the application effect of five-micro education nursing in pediatric intravenous transfusion.Methods To select 55 cases of children patients who received infusion treatment in the pediatrics department of our hospital from January to March 2019 was set as a control group,and the 55 cases of children patients who received infusion treatment in the pediatric department of our hospital from April to June 2019 were selected as a test group.The control group received routine pediatric infusion education,and the test group received five-micro education and nursing to compare the compliance of intravenous infusion,the incidence of adverse nursing events and the recognition of health education between the two groups.Results The compliance of intravenous infusion and the recognition of health education scores in the test group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse events in the whole course of intravenous treatment was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of five-micro educational nursing in pediatric intravenous infusion can significantly improve the treatment compliance rate of children patients with intravenous infusion and reduce the risk of adverse events in intravenous treatment and nursing.It was highly recognized by children patients and their parents.
