摘要
研究通过CATIA软件知识工程模块对冬季轮胎复杂钢片进行建模的方法。将创成式设计与知识工程模块相结合,通过创建参数、规则等进行复杂钢片建模,解决了钢片位置不定、形状多变等难题。不同规格、不同节距轮胎相同区域可以使用同一钢片模板,大大减少了重复工作,提高了冬季轮胎花纹模板的建模效率。
The modeling of the complex steel blade of winter tire by using the knowledge engineering module of CATIA software was studied.Combining with the creative design,the modeling parameters and rules were established,and the problems of uncertain steel blade position and variable shape were effectively solved.The same steel blade template could be used in the same area of tires with different specifications and different pitch,which greatly reduced the repeated work and improved the modeling efficiency of pattern template for winter tire.
