摘要
在钢结构模块中存在着大量的梁柱节点,节点的建模效率决定了钢结构加工设计建模的效率。以江苏某海上风电场项目海上升压站钢结构模块为例,结合Tekla软件,重点论述参数化节点建模的方法:包括创建任意固定梁高的节点板、建立自定义节点、对自定义组件进行参数化设置等步骤;在对海洋工程加工设计中常用的3种节点建模方法即复制修改法、软件自带组件法、自定义组件库法进行对比的基础上,阐述了采用参数化节点建模的优势,指出采用参数化节点法可以极大地提高建模效率和准确率,且在以后类似的工程节点建模中,可以重复应用此次制作的参数化节点。
In steel structure modules,there are lots of beam and column nodes,the node modeling efficiency is critical to the steel structural shop design.Taking the example of steel structure module of the offshore booster station in the offshore wind farm project in Jiangsu Province for example and applying Tekla software,the method of parameterized node modeling is discussed in detail,including the steps of creating any fixed beam height node board,establishing custom node and parameterizing custom component.Based on the comparison of three kinds of node modeling methods commonly used in offshore engineering shop design,namely replication modification method,software self-contained component method and custom component library method,the advantages of parameterized node modeling are expounded.It is pointed that the parameterized node modeling can greatly improve the efficiency and accuracy of node modeling;and in the later similar engineering node modeling,the established parameterized nodes in this study can be reused.
