摘要
目的:探讨远程心电诊断危急值管理和质控系统的关键问题。方法:选取2019年1-12月心血管疾病患者28629例,进行远程心电诊断,分析危急值管理和质控系统的关键问题。结果:28629例患者中,危急值预警94例,危急值处理时间为(8.85±3.34)min。结论:建设心电远程诊断与质量控制体系是我国医改环境下的重要政策,也使广大心血管疾病患者获得感增强,更利于分级诊疗措施的推荐,并有助于提高远程心电系统的工作效率。
Objective:To discuss the key problems of critical value management and quality control system of remote electrocardiogram diagnosis.Methods:From January to December 2019,28629 patients with cardiovascular diseases were selected for remote electrocardiogram diagnosis,and the key problems of critical value management and quality control system were analyzed.Results:Among the 28629 patients,there were 94 cases with emergency value warning,and the critical value treatment time was(8.85±3.34)min.Conclusion:The establishment of remote electrocardiogram diagnosis and quality control system is an important policy under the medical reform environment in China,it also enhances the sense of gain for the majority of cardiovascular disease patients,which is more conducive to the recommendation of graded diagnosis and treatment measures,and helps to improve the working efficiency of remote electrocardiogram system.
