非标厚度常压储罐底板的漏磁检测与剩余寿命计算

摘要 厚度为6~12 mm的大型常压储罐底板腐蚀检测工艺已日渐成熟,但非标准厚度20 mm底板的检测工艺却有待研究。针对上述问题,采用比对试板对检测工艺进行了研究,并对10万m^3的原油储罐进行了现场检测,最后根据SY/T 6620—2014《油罐的检验、修理、改建及翻建》标准对储罐剩余寿命进行了计算,给出了该储罐的最长检验周期。 The corrosion detection technology for the bottom plate of large atmospheric storage tanks with a thickness ranging from 6 to 12 mm had become mature,but the detection technology for the non-standard thickness of 20 mm bottom plate needed to be studied.In view of the above problems,the inspection process was researched with a comparison test board,and a 100000 m^3 crude oil storage tank was inspected on site.Finally,the remaining life of the storage tank was calculated according to the standard of SY/T 6620—2014"Tank Inspection,Repair,Alteration and Renovation",and the longest inspection period of the storage tank was given.
