摘要
抑郁症已成为现代社会严重的精神疾病,是导致自杀率不断上升的重要原因之一,给个人和社会造成了巨大的精神和经济负担。大量研究证实运动干预能够有效改善抑郁症状并有益于身心健康。运动疗法的核心内容是制定科学合理的运动处方,因此梳理并阐明运动疗法的具体方案、受益人群、作用机制及其临床研究采用的技术手段将对抑郁症的精准防治提供新思路。
Depression has become a serious mental illness in modern society.It is one of the important reasons of the increasing suicide rate,causing a great mental and economic burden to individuals and society.A large number of studies have demonstrated that exercise intervention can effectively improve the symptoms of depression and is beneficial to physical and mental health.The core content of exercise therapy is to write scientific and reasonable exercise prescription,so expounding the concrete scheme,beneficiaries,mechanisms and technologies adopted in clinical research of exercise therapy can provide new ideas for the precise prevention and cure of depression.
