摘要
目的:通过检测大鼠HPA轴激素水平,探讨游泳锻炼预防抑郁症的可能途径。方法:将选定的60只SD雄性大鼠随机分为对照组(C)、运动组(E)、模型组(M)、运动应激组(ES)和运动应激运动组(ESE)。实验共14周,前10周,C组、M组正常饲养;E组、ES组、ESE组每周运动6次,前3周游泳时间从10 min递增至60 min,每周增加20 min,并保持此运动时间7周;后4周,C组正常饲养,E组继续运动;M组、ES组和ESE组接受28天的慢性应激,期间ES组停止运动、ESE组继续运动。实验结束后,利用荧光分光光度法和放免法检测动物HPA轴激素水平。结果:(1)M组大鼠体重增长显著降低、水平和垂直活动明显减少,食物和蔗糖溶液消耗量下降,M组动物肾上腺、海马组织和血浆中的皮质酮含量显著高于C组和E组;ES组和ESE组动物显著低于M组。(2)M组动物下丘脑组织中CRH、垂体组织和血浆中ACTH含量显著高于C组,ES组和ESE组则显著低于M组。结论:游泳锻炼在应激状态下可能是通过维持HPAA自身的负反馈功能和降低海马组织中皮质酮含量,防止海马受损,维持海马在应激状态下抑制HPAA的功能达到预防抑郁的效果。
Objective: Through examines the rats hippocampus and HPA axis hormone level the discussion swimming exercise prevention depression possible way. Methods: Designated 60 SD male rats stochastically divides into control groups (C), the exercise groups (E), the model groups (M), the exercise +stress groups (ES) and the exercise + stress + exercise groups (ESE). Tests the altogether 14 weeks, previous l0 weeks, C groups and M groups is normal feed. E groups, the ES groups, ESE groups each week exercise 6, previous 3 weeks swimming time increases progressively from 10 minutes to 60 minutes, each week increases 20 minutes, and maintains this exercise time 7 weeks. Latter 4 weeks, C groups of normal feed, E groups of continuation exercise. M groups, the ES groups and ESE groups receive 28 days of ehronieity stress, the period ES group stops the exercise, the ESE group continuation exercise. After the experiment ended, Using the fluorescence spectrophotometrie method and methods in radiation immunity to measure the level of animal hippocampus and HPA axis hormone. Results: First, M group of rats body weights grow remarkably reduce, horizontal and the vertical activity obviously reduce, food and the sucrose solution consumption drops,in M group of animals adrenal glands, the hippocampus organization and the blood plasma cortisone content remarkably is higher than C group and E group; The ES group and the ESE group animal remarkably is lower than M group. Second, under M group of animals in the Hypothalamie organization of CRH, in the pituitary organization and the blood plasma of the ACTH content remarkably is higher than C group, the ES group and the ESE group then remarkably are lower than M group. Conclusions: The swimming exercise in stress state under the possibly is through maintains the HPA axis own negative feedback function and reduces in the hippocampns organization the cortisone content, prevented the hippocampns suffers injury, the maintenance hippecampus in stress state under
