摘要
采用文献资料法、知识图谱分析法,以WOS核心合集数据库中1999—2019年的1591篇运动训练监控文献为数据源,利用CiteSpace V 5.6.R1软件制作知识图谱进行分析,旨在梳理和揭示国外运动训练监控研究的知识基础和前沿热点,为我国的运动训练监控研究提供借鉴和参考。研究发现:近20年来国外运动训练研究监控发文量呈逐步上升态势。在研究成果数量上,澳大利亚、美国、英国排在前三位;运动训练监控研究已形成以体育学为主体,以生理学、心理学、社会学、康复学和工程学为支撑,以营养学和计算机科学等为辅助的复合型学科群;研究热点集中于竞技表现、体育锻炼、团队运动、疲劳、训练负荷及恢复等关键词;基础知识包括:通过训练监控运动员的疲劳状态,训练——损伤预防悖论,注重主观监测,重视恢复与损伤、疾病和竞技表现的关系,以及合理把握心率在负荷监控中的使用等。关于运动负荷监控指标的细化和方法的深入研究将是未来的研究趋势。
Based on the data of 1591 papers and reviews on sports training monitoring from 1999 to 2019 included in WOS core collection database,this paper analyzed the progress of foreign sports training monitoring research by using knowledge graph analysis and literature review to explore the hot research topics of foreign sports training monitoring,and provide references for Chinese scholars.In the past 20 years,the number of foreign sports training research and monitoring publications increased gradually.Australia,the United States and the United Kingdom ranked top three.Sports training monitoring research has formed compound subject group with the body of physical education,with physiology,psychology,sociology,rehabilitation and engineering as the support,and with nutrition and computer science as the auxiliary.The research focuses on performance,exercise,team sports,fatigue,training load and recovery.The basic knowledge includes understanding fatigue through monitoring training load,training-injury prevention paradox,paying attention to subjective monitoring,attaching great importance to the recovery and injury,the relationship of disease and competitive performance,as well as the use of the heart rate in load monitoring.The further research on the refinement and method of exercise load monitoring index will be major trends in the future.
