摘要
目的研究盐酸非索非那定递减疗法联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效及对血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、一氧化氮(NO)及免疫细胞因子的影响。方法前瞻性选择2019年1月至2019年7月三亚中心医院收治慢性荨麻疹患者100例,采用随机数表将其分为两组,每组各50例。对照组接受盐酸非索非那定递减疗法、观察组接受盐酸非索非那定递减疗法联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗。治疗后6周,评价整体疗效,测定血清IgE、NO及Th1/Th2免疫细胞因子的含量。结果治疗后6周,观察组患者的总有效率为96.0%,明显高于对照组的84.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的血清IgE(33.21±6.95)g/L、NO(49.52±7.12)μmol/L、白介素(IL)-4(3.02±0.52)ng/L、IL-10(4.49±0.68)ng/L含量均明显低于对照组[(45.61±8.71)g/L、(58.67±8.49)μmol/L、(4.42±0.78)ng/L、(6.86±0.94)ng/L],IL-2(55.52±8.93)ng/L、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)(28.94±4.58)ng/L含量均明显高于对照组[(40.38±7.86)ng/L、(22.12±4.29)ng/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸非索非那定递减疗法联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗慢性荨麻疹能够改进疗效、减少IgE及NO分泌、调节Th1/Th2免疫平衡。
Objective To study the efficacy of fexofenadine hydrochloride combined with calcium dobesilate in the treatment of chronic urticaria and its effects on on serum immunoglobulin E(IgE),nitric oxide(NO)and immunocytokines.Methods 100 cases patients with chronic urticaria in our hospital from January 2019 to July 2019 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table,50 cases in each group.The control group received fexofenadine hydrochloride decreasing therapy and the observation group received fexofenadine hydrochloride decreasing therapy combined with calcium dobesilate treatment.6 weeks after treatment,the overall efficacy was evaluated,and serum IgE,NO and Th1/Th2 immuno cytokine levels were measured.Results After 6 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.0%,which was significantly higher than the control group 84.0%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum IgE(33.21±6.95)g/L,NO(49.52±7.12)μmol/L,IL-4(3.02±0.52)ng/L,and IL-10(4.49±0.68)ng/L in the observation group were all significantly lower than those in the control group[(45.61±8.71)g/L,(58.67±8.49)μmol/L,(4.42±0.78)ng/L,(6.86±0.94)ng/L],the levels of IL-2(55.52±8.93)ng/L,interferon-γ(IFN-γ)(28.94±4.58)ng/L were significantly higher than the control group[(40.38±7.86)ng/L,(22.12±4.29)ng/L],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fexofenadine Hydrochloride Decreasing Therapy combined with Calcium Dobesilate in the treatment of chronic urticaria can improve the efficacy,reduce IgE and NO secretion,and regulate Th1/Th2 immune balance.
