再生橡胶粉改性沥青混合料路用性能试验研究 被引量:13

摘要 沥青路面在长期的服役过程中伴随着路面开裂、车辙等系列病害问题,改性沥青的研发与应用在一定程度上可以弥补材料部分性能缺陷。研究以40目的橡胶粉材料以干法方式应用到沥青混合料中,橡胶粉掺量从0%~60%不等。分别以动稳定度、残留稳定度、冻融劈裂强度比和破坏应变等指标,综合考察了橡胶沥青混合料的高温稳定性、水稳定性及低温抗裂性,最终建议橡胶粉的适宜掺量为25%~35%,橡胶沥青混合料可以大幅提升沥青混合料的路用性能,具有长期的发展应用前景。 Asphalt pavement is accompanied by a series of diseases such as road cracking and rutting during long-term service,the development and application of modified asphalt can make up for some of the material performance defects.The research uses a 40-mesh rubber powder material to be applied to the asphalt mixture in a dry manner.The rubber powder content ranges from 0%to 60%.Based on the dynamic stability,residual stability,freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio and failure strain,the high-temperature stability,water stability,and low-temperature crack resistance of the rubber asphalt mixture were comprehensively investigated.Finally,the appropriate blending of rubber powder was suggested.The amount is 25%〜35%.The rubber asphalt mixture can greatly improve the road performance of the asphalt mixture,and has long-term development and application prospects.
