超声检查在女性乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值及准确性分析

摘要 目的:分析超声检查在女性乳腺癌诊断中的应用效果。方法:将本院2018年5月至2019年5月接收的70例经手术病理证实为乳腺癌患者收入本研究中,所有患者分别实施钼靶X线检查与彩色多普勒超声检查,对检查结果进行比较分析。结果:诊断准确率方面,钼靶X线是81.43%,超声检查是90.00%,超声略高于钼靶X线,但是无明显差异(P>0.05);异常血流或血管、腋窝淋巴结肿大和肿块诊断方面,超声检查分别是58.57%、52.86%、94.29%,钼靶X线分别是38.57%、70.00%、35.71%,超声均比钼靶X线高,而微小钙化,超声(42.86%)比钼靶X线(60.00%)低,差异均显著(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌疾病诊断过程中,超声检查应用价值较高,不仅可以将病灶位置、大小等清楚显示出来,而且能够显示具体的影像特征,值得采纳与推广。 Objective To analyze the application effect of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of female breast cancer.Methods seventy patients admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were confirmed as breast cancer by surgery and pathology.In this study,molybdenum target X-ray examination and color Doppler ultrasound examination were performed in all patients respectively,and the examination results were compared and analyzed.Results In terms of diagnostic accuracy,molybdenum target X-ray was 81.43%,and ultrasonic examination was 90.00%,slightly higher than molybdenum target X-ray,but with no significant difference(P>0.05).In terms of the diagnosis of abnormal blood flow or blood vessels,axillary lymph node enlargement and mass,the ultrasonic examination was 58.57%,52.86%and 94.29%,respectively,and the molybdenum target X-ray was 38.57%,70.00%and 35.71%,respectively.The ultrasonic examination was higher than the molybdenum target X-ray,while the microcalcification and ultrasound(42.86%)were lower than the molybdenum target X-ray,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of breast cancer,ultrasonography is of high value,which can not only clearly show the location and size of the lesion,but also show the specific image characteristics,which is worthy of adoption and promotion.
